I am very very happy with my new bag! The cork material feels so smooth, and it is extremely light weight, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve been using it everyday now, and the bag seems durable as well. Having long arms, I asked if I could custom order the bag with extra 5cm to the straps. Juliana answered to my messages in a prompt and professional manner and was very helpful. The straps turned out to be just right! I’m so happy they could make that change for me. The order came to me faster than I expected even with the custom order and international shipping. Juliana kept me updated with each step, so I didn’t worry about it at all.
